All our products are made to meet and exceed the North  American eyelash extension beauty standards, however if you are not satisfied with our products please make sure that you contact one of our agents so we can properly asses the issue. If after 7 days of receiving your order you’re not satisfied please return the items via Canada Post Express Shipping and if the item meets the following conditions we’ll be happy to refund you the full amount of your order and the return shipping if:


a) product has minor visible marks of being opened


b) product has been used a maximum of 5% of its total amount and there is still at least 95% of the remaining product without being used


c) product has not been altered in any shape or form and it maintains it’s original labels and packaging


d) a copy of the receipt paid by the buyer along with the tracking number of your returned item.


IMPORTANT: if your returned package doesn’t have a tracking number, we won’t be able to find it should it get lost and no return process will proceed. Please ensure to send it back to us with the appropriate tracking number so that we can help you should any issues occur.


Please keep in mind that all our orders are shipped same day if the order is placed before noon EST. We ship via Canada Post and therefore after the item leaves our facilities we trust Canada’s major courier service in delivering your items within their set delivery times.
